Services are available if you are struggling to cope with emotions, feeling overwhelmed, or are facing challenges in your marriage or family.

Beginning therapy can be intimidating and overhwleming. This is why I offer an initial phone consultation so you can get a sense of myself as a therapist and feel comfortable moving forward.

Individual therapy (50-55 minutes): $150

Couple, martial, or family therapy (50-55 minutes): $175

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

I am currently in-network with HMSA (PPO, HMO, FEP), UHA, Tricare (Triwest), Triwest for Veterans, and HMAA.

If your insurance is not listed, I can provide you with a detailed superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Feel free to read more about this on the FAQ page. Please note, reimbursement rates vary by plan.
